Welfare taxis are specially equipped taxis for people who have difficulty using regular taxis, such as people with physical disabilities or the elderly.

Our taxis are welfare taxis and can only be used by people with some kind of disability and their accompanying persons. "People with disabilities" refers to those who fall into any of the following categories 1 to 5.

1. Those who need help getting in and out of a taxi (those who are elderly and have difficulty getting in and out of a taxi on their own)

2. Those with a physical disability certificate

3. Those who have been certified as needing nursing care

4. Those who have been certified as needing assistance

5. In addition to the above 1 to 4, people with physical disabilities, internal disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, or other disabilities who have difficulty using taxis or other public transportation alone, and their accompanying persons

If you present your disability certificate, you will receive a 10% discount (just show the certificate).

• Between 7 and 3 days before the scheduled boarding date: 30% of the specified fare and fee

• Between 2 days and 1 day before the scheduled boarding date: 50% of the fare and charges

• Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled boarding date: 100% of the specified fare and charges

• No notice or after dispatch: 100% of the specified fare and charges
